4G or WiFi: which one to choose?

The 4G GSM module works anywhere with mobile coverage. All you need is a SIM card. This is the module for a gate at the end of a driveway, a barrier at a car park or a gate on business premises where there is no WiFi. With the 4G module you can also open by calling or by SMS, even when the internet connection drops.

The WiFi module uses an existing WiFi network. No SIM card or subscription is needed. Handy for a garage door, a door in a building or a gate close to the house or office.

Connecting to your existing installation

The module switches through a volt-free relay contact, just like a push button or remote control. That is why it fits most operators of gates, sliding gates, barriers, garage doors and doors. You use the inputs for example for a door contact or a fault signal, so you can see in the app whether the gate is open or closed.

Keypad and card reader

You can connect a keypad or card reader to both modules. You manage codes and cards remotely. So people without a smartphone can get in too.

Remote configuration

The installer configures the module completely remotely with the configurator. The module's clock is set automatically. You then manage users, schedules and permissions yourself in the app.
