Use case
Access control for residential complexes
Residents open the entrance gate, barrier or garage door with their phone. The board or property manager manages access centrally in the app, without keys, passes or remote controls.
One place for all access
In an owners' association or residential park, residents, tenants and suppliers change regularly. Remote controls and passes get lost or are not handed in when people move. With KT-Control the phone is the key and the board manages access in one place.
Resident moving out? Blocked immediately
You add a new resident with their phone number. When someone moves out, you block that user in the app. The change goes straight to the module and is read back for verification, so you know for sure it has been done.
Open with the app or by calling
Not every resident wants to use an app. That is why the gate can also be opened by calling the number of the 4G module. It costs nothing, because the call is not answered. A keypad or card reader at the entrance is also possible, with codes and cards you manage remotely.
Gate, barrier and garage door together
Does the complex have several entrances, such as an entrance gate, a barrier and a garage door? Link the modules together and manage everything in one overview. For each resident you decide which entrances they may open.
Suppliers and maintenance at set times
Give the window cleaner, the gardener or a maintenance company access only on the days and at the times they need it. The event log shows who has been there and when.
Data in the Netherlands
KT-Control runs on its own servers in the Netherlands. Your residents' phone numbers and the event log are not stored with a foreign cloud service.
